Bill of Sale

If you’ve sold your boat and wish to cancel your insurance policy with Pantaenius, please send us your cancellation request along with a copy of the Bill of Sale (including your policy number) to: info@pantaenius.com.au.

If the sale occurs during the insured period, we will cancel your policy and, if eligible, issue a pro-rata refund based on the remaining coverage.

Please note that, for legal reasons, we are unable to transfer your existing policy to the new owner. However, based on the information in the bill of sale, the buyer will receive a free quote for continued coverage.

The insured sum will be the purchase price listed in the bill of sale, up to a maximum of the previously agreed insured value.
