• Take initial measures to minimise the damage.
• In acute emergency situations , we are available 24 hours a day via our emergency hotline +61 (0) 491 252 467 . Minor damage should be reported within 2-3 days during normal office hours on +61 (02) 9936 1670 .
• Report fire and explosion damage, burglary, theft, robbery, vandalism, embezzlement and fraud to the police.
• Take detailed photos of the damage.
• Always submit cost estimates or proof of value.
• Send us a detailed description of the damage.
• In the event of collision damage, submit an average report signed jointly with the other party.
• Never assign claims against your insurer to third parties.
• Collect all invoices and submit them together for settlement.
