Information on entry in the register of insurance intermediaries

Pantaenius is registered with the competent licensing authority being the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, as an insurance agent in accordance with § 34d paragraph 1 of the German Commerce and Industry Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung) and is registered in the Intermediary Register under register number D-57B1-CBTDS-70.

Information and market fundamentals

Pantaenius is one of the world's leading specialists for yacht insurance. Based on more than one hundred years of experience, Pantaenius not only designs its own insurance concepts, but also converts the developed coverage concepts into insurance products with consortia of insurers or individual insurers. The consortia with which Pantaenius cooperates are put together by the Pantaenius specialists specifically for this purpose, following comprehensive market research.

As trendsetters, the Pantaenius specialists constantly develop insurance conditions for new tariffs and adapt the terms and conditions to the changing needs of yacht owners and standards available on the market. The insurance cover is therefore tailored to the needs of the customer.

Pantaenius offers its clients advice.

It is pointed out that Pantaenius only offers you its own insurance products developed with the participating insurers and cannot provide any further advice or selection of other insurers or products.

Our remuneration for the mediation of insurance contracts in the form of a percentage commission and a policy issuance fee per mediated insurance contract is already included in the insurance premium. In addition, Pantaenius may receive separate remuneration from the insurance companies depending on the agreement.

Pantaenius Holding GmbH holds 100% of the voting rights and capital of Pantaenius GmbH.

Pantaenius GmbH does not hold any direct or indirect participation in the voting rights and/or the capital of an insurance company.
