This special health insurance was developed for yachtspersons who temporarily leave their permanent residence and offers reliable protection worldwide against the financial risks of illness and accidents.
No matter where you are travelling, you are comprehensively covered, even in regions where medical care is difficult to access. This applies to both outpatient and inpatient treatment, and operations are also covered worldwide.
With a maximum sum of up to 2.5 million euros, you are covered against high costs that may arise in the event of serious illness or accidents. From hospitalisation and intensive medical treatment to emergency operations.
If the necessary medical treatment is not available locally, the costs for your medical return transport to the nearest suitable medical care centre will be covered. The insurer can also reimburse travel expenses for family members up to an amount of EUR 2,000 so that you are not alone in critical situations.
