Payment by credit card
Please note that the money will be collected by Pantaenius GmbH, Grosser Grasbrook 10, 20457 Hamburg, Germany. It will then be automatically transferred to your Pantaenius office.
After the invoice has been issued it can take up to two days before open items are displayed for payment.
You will receive an Email confirming your payment, once this has been processed. This might take up to 15 minutes. Please do not repeat the payment process before you get the Email.

PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT
The direct debiting system is the easiest and safest method of payment. It avoids you having to fill in payment forms and to remember payment due dates.
If you dispose of a bank account in Spain and your premiums are calculated in Euro, you just need to fill out this form and return it signed to us and we will charge your bank account with your insurance premiums, when they are due.
