BSc (Hons), ACII, Chartered Insurance Practitioner
Andy joined Pantaenius in 2007 after spending several years in the London marine insurance market. On joining Pantaenius he initially spent 6 years in the Claims team before taking up the role of Superyacht New Business Manager in 2014 and then assuming overall responsibility for Pantaenius UK’s yacht and superyacht Client Hub in 2015. Andy’s work involves advising clients on their insurance requirements, business development, overseeing underwriting and maintaining and expanding our network of introducers. Away from work, Andy fills his time with motorcycling, sailing, cycling and running.
BSc (Hons) DIP CII
Emma has been sailing her whole life and started her career in the marine industry in 2011. Joining Pantaenius in 2013, she is now a key member of the Pantaenius Client Hub Team. As well as advising clients, she is often one of the friendly Pantaenius faces you will see on our stand at boat show exhibitions. In her own time, Emma loves the great outdoors and loves nothing more than walking the dog and riding her horse across Dartmoor. She still enjoys sailing, even if it is a little more relaxing these days, in warmer climates and essentially with refreshments at the journey’s end.

Fiona is one of the cornerstones of Pantaenius UK, having joined Pantaenius in 1995 initially as a renewals clerk with a previous background in retail management and customer service management. During her time at Pantaenius, she has worked in all the departments but is now back in the Client Hub where her heart belongs. Fiona’s work is overseeing the Client Hub workflow, organising and attending shows and events, together with liaising with the company’s marketing and media contacts. Fiona assisted with the training of new staff down under in our Sydney office when it first opened in 2012. Away from work, Fiona enjoys swimming, travelling, cooking and socialising with friends and family.

Patrick joined Pantaenius’ Client Hub in January 2022 and is currently studying for his CII professional qualifications. He has a marine background having previously worked for a well-known industry standard brand helping to produce nautical publications for use during navigation at sea. He has previously worked in the water sports industry and has extensive yacht sailing experience so he has a strong understanding of the needs of our clients, the dynamic sea-going environment and the safety of life at sea. Patrick enjoys working within customer facing roles and actively seeks to build relationships with his clients to create a comfortable environment within which to discuss their needs.
Dip CII
With over ten years’ experience in the yacht and motorboat insurance industry, Claire is pleased to be joining Pantaenius, bringing her client focused approach. Out of work, Claire enjoys time with family and friends, walks with Sprocket the Australian Labradoodle, campouts and paddle boarding - preferably in calmer conditions on the water! Living in Saltash, she is working her way around Cornwall and Devon’s coast and countryside, with overnight stays in the campervan.

Jo joined Pantaenius in 2009. Jo looks after some of our Superyacht clients including those who employ professional crew aboard their yacht. Jo’s role involves working with a range of brokers, yacht managers and captains as well as the owners themselves. Larger and more complex yachts inevitably require more complex insurance solutions, and Jo deploys her close attention to detail and strong administrative skills in advising on insurance requirements, issuing policies and dealing with policy changes.
Kirsty joined Pantaenius’ Client Hub in 2015, having started her working life in the sales industry. She is unfailingly cheerful, with an engaging manner and endless enthusiasm. Kirsty is on hand to assess new clients’ insurance needs and explain to clients how Pantaenius’ products meet those needs. She also processes new client applications and ensure that any queries they may have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently to welcome new clients into Pantaenius. Kirsty comes from an experienced sailing family and enjoys time on the water when she can. She is currently studying towards her CII professional qualifications.

Rosanna joined Pantaenius’ Client Hub in 2021, and is actively studying for her CII professional qualifications. Rosanna is from a sales and marketing background, with extensive customer service skills and has spent several years in a financial environment. Rosanna loves to build good relationships with our clients and is a boat owner herself, so understands the needs and concerns of being on the water accompanied by the pleasures and freedom.
Dip CII
Louise joined Pantaenius in 2015 in a customer support role, and has progressed to a Superyacht client support position. She manages some of our Superyacht clients, including those who employ professional crew aboard their yacht; working with brokers, yacht managers, captains and owners. Larger yachts often have more complex insurance requirements, and Louise dedicates her skills and knowledge to advising on insurance solutions, issuing policies and dealing with policy changes. Louise also provides support to the wider Client Hub team and is occasionally one of the friendly Pantaenius faces you will see on our stand at boat show exhibitions. In her own time, she loves to embrace the outdoors with long scenic walks, tending to migrate towards the water! She is not a sailor but loves the sea!

Nicola joined Pantaenius Client Hub Team in April 2021, having been in administration and customer service roles for over 30 years and she is currently studying towards her CII professional qualification. Her excellent interpersonal skills and approachable friendly disposition means she is able to assist new clients’ with their insurance needs and is also on hand to process new applications, whilst ensuring any of their queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Nicola is keen to learn all about the industry and the joys of the water.

Annette joined the Pantaenius Client Hub in 1997, with many years general insurance experience with a local Insurance Broker. She now works part time, assisting existing clients with policy queries and amendments. Annette has attained the CII Insurance Foundation Certificate.
Sophie recently joined our Client Hub team, bringing a strong legal background and a fresh perspective. With a law degree specialising in tort and contract law, she has transitioned from a career in teaching to apply her analytical skills and attention to detail in a client facing environment. While new to the world of maritime, Sophie is eager to expand her knowledge and looks forward to learning from both colleagues and clients. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys exploring the countryside and travelling with her husband in their self-converted 1997 Landrover camper. She is also an avid walker and is on track to complete the South Devon Coast Path next year.
