Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Insurance

This insurance covers maritime legal liabilities to third parties incurred by the owner in direct connection with the operation of the boat. Such maritime liabilities can be personal injuries or the death of guests and other persons, liabilities towards the paid crew, collisions, damage to fixed and floating objects or property and pecuniary damages.

Legal Expenses Insurance

This policy provides up to £100,000 to cover legal expenses when you have a legal dispute for uninsured losses following damage to the yacht, bodily injury, contract disputes relating to servicing or repairing the yacht, or purchasing parts or equipment, or legal costs to defend you against any prosecution, relating to the ownership or use of the yacht.
