Our Widest Yacht Cover
If you are going to compare yacht insurances, it is important to look at the cover being offered. There is a general misconception that all boat insurance policies are the same – they are not!
One of the market leading aspects about the Pantaenius Yacht Insurance is that it pays the Agreed Fixed Value noted on your policy schedule. This is an amount agreed between you and the insurers at the time the insurance is taken out. Unlike other providers, the Pantaenius policy does not restrict settlement to the market value at the time of the loss or reserve the right to replace the insured yacht with similar.
The Pantaenius Yacht Cover Plus policy also includes coverage for club racing and regattas as standard. For some designs, and if a yacht is being heavily raced certain warranties may be applied in relation to racing. If this is the case, this will be made clear on your quotation and policy schedule. Possibly, our Yacht Third Party Liability Insurance which also offers insurance for the skipper may be of interest to you as well.
