Refer a Friend
At Pantaenius we have always recognised that the best leads come from customer recommendation. Many of our customers already recommend Pantaenius to their family and friends. Did you know that as a Pantaenius policyholder you can now earn a reward for every friend you refer and who takes out a Hull insurance policy?
How does it work?
- Get your unique link. If you haven’t already got your unique referral link, request one today. You can do this by contacting us by telephone on 01752 223656 or email hello@pantaenius.co.uk or speak to us via livechat.
- Share it with your family and friends. Copy and paste your unique referral link and send it to everyone you know by email or text.
- Get your reward. Should a Hull Insurance policy be incepted as a direct result of your referral, your voucher will be sent to you automatically after the 14 day cooling off period has lapsed.

Who can take part in the scheme?
The scheme is only open to permanent residents within the United Kingdom in either England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
The existing client making the referral must be a current policyholder with Pantaenius UK.
Employees of the Pantaenius Group or their family members are excluded from the offer.
What is the reward?
The reward is a £25.00 Amazon e-voucher.
What needs to happen for me to benefit from the scheme?
The referred friend must incept a Hull policy with Pantaenius UK and the referred friend must remain on cover beyond their policy 14 day cooling off period. There is no reward payable to the existing client making the referral if the referred friend does not remain insured with Pantaenius UK.
What will my friend need to do with my link?
Your friend must use the unique referral link you give them. The link will take them to the Pantaenius UK website. To request a quotation your friend has to complete and submit the online enquiry form.
How many people can use my link?
There is no limit to the number of people who can use your unique referral link. You can share with as many people as you like.
When will I receive my reward?
You will receive your reward via email after your friend incepts a Hull policy and remains on cover beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
Full Terms and Conditions
This offer is only open to permanent residents within the United Kingdom in either England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.

The reward is in the form of a £25.00 Amazon e-voucher, which will be sent by email to the current policyholder making the referral.
The voucher cannot be swapped or exchanged.
No cash equivalent or alternative is available.
In the event Pantaenius UK changes the provider of the e-voucher, the value will remain unchanged.
TO BENEFIT FROM THE SCHEME:
The person making the referral must be a current policyholder with Pantaenius UK.
The referred friend must incept a Hull policy with Pantaenius UK.
The referred friend must remain on cover beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
The referred friend must not have previously held an insurance policy with Pantaenius UK which had been cancelled by us.
Each insurance enquiry for a referred friend will be accepted, priced or declined by the underwriters of the Pantaenius UK insurance scheme at their sole discretion.
The underwriters of the Pantaenius UK insurance scheme are not on any occasion obliged to offer a quotation.
Pantaenius UK reserves the right to change or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
Entrants into this scheme shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to both the current policyholder making the referral and to the referred friend.
The scheme is managed by Pantaenius UK Ltd, Marine Building, 1 Queen Anne’s Place, Plymouth, PL4 0FB. The Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law.
