If you have been happy with your Pantaenius policy why not recommend us to the buyer. In doing so, you not only offer the buyer a chance to request an insurance policy designed to provide greater peace of mind and protection from an insurance provider who knows the insurance history of the boat, but you can earn yourself a reward in the process.
If the buyer insures the boat for Hull cover with Pantaenius UK after you sell it to them, we will say thank you with a £25.00 Amazon e-voucher.
This offer is only open to permanent residents within the United Kingdom in either England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
Employees of the Pantaenius Group or their family members are excluded from the offer.
The reward is in the form of a £25.00 Amazon e-voucher, which will be sent by email to the seller making the referral.
The voucher cannot be swapped or exchanged.
No cash equivalent or alternative is available.
In the event Pantaenius UK changes the provider of the e-voucher, the value will remain unchanged.
TO BENEFIT FROM THE SCHEME:
The seller making the referral must hold or have held a policy with Pantaenius UK for the boat being sold.
The referred buyer must incept a Hull policy with Pantaenius UK.
The referred buyer must remain on cover beyond the 14 day cooling off period.
The referred buyer must not have previously held an insurance policy with Pantaenius UK which had been cancelled by us.
Each insurance enquiry for a referred buyer will be accepted, priced or declined by the underwriters of the Pantaenius UK insurance scheme at their sole discretion.
The underwriters of the Pantaenius UK insurance scheme are not on any occasion obliged to offer a quotation.
Pantaenius UK reserves the right to change or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice.
Entrants into this scheme shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to both the seller making the referral and to the referred buyer.
The scheme is managed by Pantaenius UK Ltd, Marine Building, 1 Queen Anne’s Place, Plymouth, PL4 0FB. The Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law.
